"I entirely agree with you.
But Grigor don't you think that our numbers are currently too small for us to participate in such ideology (that Armenianness becomes an ideal strife for and can be extended & implied to people of other ethnical backgrounds)?
I will agree with Armenism at this point when our numbers are much bigger and our existence as a ethnic group is secured. And secondly we need to educate our children from a young age that everying must be in favor for their people and their homeland Armenia. I completely understand what your're standing for on this point.-Hayazad"
Dear Hayazad, I completely understand your concern and arguable you are correct. However, we (the ones in charge of this project) have decided to take a risk, as in our view it is better now than later, as we came to conclusion that carryng out this project later could then be too late.
Our (Armenian) strength throughout history have always been in our quality and not quantity. We hope and encourage everyone like us to translate this quality into a quantity, and of course, the results of this and related efforts may only be felt much later, perhaps in a couple or several genarations later.
Since we cannot guarantee that we will be around for the next several generations, and since we do not know what sort of challenges and initiatives our future generations will be involved in and may face with, we have decided to begin this project now, to be exact, we began our project in 2002.
We have found and identified some of our ancient Armenian traditions which we are working on in bringing them into our daily life starting first of all from us, (such as facing Mt. Ararat during our prayers, Armenist form of baptising a newly born child, and a number of other traditions), and we have a trusted person who is writing our holy book (the name of this book for now will remain secret as well as the name of this writer), we also have our own symbol, code of conduct and so on. We are continuously developing our belief system and ideology.
When we are fully ready, more information will become public. Meanwhile, I suggest that you stay in touch with us.
