There are many who believe there is a higher organized power formulating the polices, direction and destiny of America, independent of either the Democratic or Republican parties for governing America.<\/p>\n

This belief was prompted when attempts to answer the question, \u201cwhy nothing changes when they vote for \u201cchange\u201d in the American government by voting in the opposition party?\u00a0 When nothing changes, it is fair to presume that there is a conspiracy.<\/p>\n

Inquisitiveness of individuals brought to light a semi-secret organization titled \u201cThe Council on Foreign Relations\u201d formed on July 29,1921 by a group of \u201cintellectuals\u201d who felt that it was needed for the creation of a \u201cOne World Government\u201d, devoid of nations. It was organized for the specific purpose of conditioning the people to accept a world government as being a desirable solution to the problems of the world. Founding members \u201csuch potentates of international banking as J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Paul Warburg, Otto Kahn, and Jacob Schiff\u2026the same small exclusive circle who engineered the establishment of the Federal Reserve System,\u201d in 1913, a system by which they were then able to confiscate wealth created by the American people.<\/p>\n

The founding president of the CFR was John W. Davis, J.P. Morgan\u2019s personal attorney.\u00a0 Professor Carroll Quigley characterized the CFR as \u201ca front group for J.P. Morgan and Company in association with the very small American Round Table Group.\u201d Over time Morgan influence was lost to the Rockefellers, who found that one world government fit their philosophy of business very well. As John D. Rockefeller, Sr. had said: \u201cCompetition is a sin,\u201d and global monopoly fit their needs as they grow.<\/span><\/div>\n

Since 1934 almost every United States Secretary of State has been a CFR member; and ALL Secretaries of War or Defense, from Henry L. Stimson through Richard Cheney. The CIA has been under CFR control almost continuously since its creation, starting with Allen Dulles, founding member of the CFR and brother of Secretary of State under President Eisenhower, John Foster Dulles. Since 1940 nearly ALL presidential candidates have been CFR members.\u00a0 President Truman, who was not a member, was advised by a group of \u201cwise men,\u201d all six of who were CFR members.<\/p>\n

CFR candidates for president of the United States, include George McGovern, Walter Mondale, Edmund Muskie, John Anderson, and Lloyd Bentsen.\u00a0 CFR member Zbigniew Brzezinski, whose goal was economic linkage between Japan, Europe, and the United States, stated:\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cBy managing the world economy, it would be a smooth and peaceful evolution towards the global system.\u201d\u00a0 We have also had (though his name strangely disappears from the membership list in 1979) George Herbert Walker Bush CFR director (1977-79), and last but not least, CFR member Bill Clinton.<\/p>\n

They have all promoted the \u201cNew World Order,\u201d controlled by the United Nations.\u00a0 The problem is that the present United Nations organization is actually the creation of the CFR and is housed on land in Manhattan donated to it by the family of current CFR chairman David Rockefeller.\u00a0 The original concept for the UN was the outcome of the Informal Agenda Group, formed in 1943 by Secretary of State Cordell Hull.\u00a0 All except Hull were CFR members. Also, Isaiah Bowman, best known for the \u201cNew World\u201d book (1922), was a founding member of the CFR who originated the idea of the Informal Agenda Group.\u00a0 He was not only opposed to independent nations but was also a \u201ceugenicist\u201d (the movement devoted to improving the human species by controlling heredity.<\/p>\n

The American delegation to the San Francisco meeting that drafted the charter of the United Nations in 1949 included CFR members Nelson Rockefeller, John Foster Dulles, John McCloy, and CFR members who were communist agents\u2014Harry Dexter White, Owen Lattimore, and the Secretary-General of the conference, Alger Hiss.\u00a0 In all, the CFR sent forty-seven of its members in the United States delegation, effectively controlling the outcome.\u00a0 Bush during the Gulf War was but one of the latest calls for a \u201cNew World Order.\u201d<\/p>\n

Admiral Chester Ward, a member of the CFR for over a decade, became one of its harshest critics, revealing its inner workings in a 1975 book, \u201cKissinger ON THE COUCH.\u201d\u00a0 In it he states \u201cThe most powerful cliques in these elitist groups have one objective in common: they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty and national independence of the United States.\u201d\u00a0 Most members are one-world government ideologists whose long-term goals were officially summed up in September 1961 State Department Document 7277. It was adopted by the Nixon Administration: \u201celimination of all armed forces and armaments except those needed to maintain internal order within states and to furnish the United Nations with peace forces. In time, the UN global government would be so strong that no nation could challenge it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Within the CFR there exists a much smaller group but more powerful, made up of Wall Street international bankers and their key agents.\u00a0 \u201cPrimarily, they want the world banking monopoly from whatever power ends up in control of the global government.\u00a0 This CFR faction is headed by the Rockefeller brothers,\u201d according to Admiral Chester Ward.\u00a0 What must be remembered is that this is not some lunatic-fringe group \u2013 these are members of one of the most powerful private organizations in the world: the people who determine and control American economic, social, political, and military policy.\u00a0 Members\u2019 influence and control extends to \u201cleaders in academia, public service, business and the media,\u201d according to the CFR 1993 \u201cAnnual Report.\u201d<\/p>\n

The CFR states that it is \u201chost to many views, advocate of none,\u201d and it has no affiliation with the U.S. Government. Yes, they are not AFFILIATED with government; they ARE the government, in effect. One re-occurring view was stated in their publication \u201cForeign Affairs,\u201d of the 50th anniversary issue. In an article by Kingman Brewster, Jr., entitled \u201cReflections on Our National Purpose.\u201d \u201cOur purpose should be,\u201d according to him, \u201cto do away with America\u2019s sovereignty, and to take some risks in order to invite others to pool their sovereignty with ours. We should happily surrender our sovereignty to the world government in the interest of the \u201cworld community.\u201d<\/p>\n

Richard N. Gardner, former deputy assistant Secretary of State, stated in the CFR\u2019s April 1974 propaganda sheet \u201cForeign Affairs\u201d:\u00a0 \u201cIn short, the \u2018house of world order\u2019 will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down.\u00a0 An end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old fashioned assault.\u201d<\/p>\n

Paul Warburg was the principle founder of the Federal Reserve Bank. He was the richest and most powerful banker in Germany who migrated to America in 1896. His son, James Warburg, was a member of FDR\u2019s \u201cbrain trust,\u201d and testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950, \u201cWe shall have world government whether or not you like it \u2013 by conquest or consent.\u201d\u00a0 Is this an AMERICAN speaking, or a dangerous lunatic?\u00a0 Who is this \u201cWe\u201d who threaten to CONQUER the American people?\u00a0 The CFR actually has the power to do it, and are doing it every day, bit by bit.<\/p>\n

CFR Members in the mass media, education, and entertainment push their propaganda of \u201chumanism\u201d and world brotherhood.\u00a0 \u201cWe should all live in peace under a world government, and forget about such selfish things as nationalities and patriotism.\u00a0 We can solve our own problems.\u00a0 We don\u2019t need God, or morals, or values: it\u2019s all relative, anyway, right?\u201d\u00a0 Have these people lost all morality and conscience who b
\nelieve in (their minds) that our constitution is outdated? There is no do doubt they have been ignoring the constitution within America\u2019s Congress.<\/p>\n

That is ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT insanity. They have to control governments, start wars, conspire to rule the world; least the \u201ccommon people\u201d wake up to how they have gained their ill-gotten wealth. Take it away from them, and demand that they pay the price for their crimes.\u00a0 That is why they constantly diversify, using the phrase \u201cAffirmative Action,\u201d Pit one against the other, black against white, men against women, rural against urban, ranchers against environmentalists, and on and on, constantly contaminating society.<\/p>\n

CFR Members in the State Department, the National Security Council, the Central Intelligence Agency, and the Department of Defense continue to control the lives of the American people through well-planned psycho-political operations.\u00a0 These false reality worlds are created to trick the American public into acting not in their own best interest but in the best interest of a group intent on creating one- world order slavery.\u00a0 The Council on Foreign Relations has unlawfully and knowingly combined, conspired, and agreed to substantially contribute to the establishment of the one world order under a totalitarian dictatorship, directed and controlled by Council on Foreign Relations members, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, of England and Members of Round Table branch organizations in various nations throughout the world.
\nFormer U.S. Congressman John R. Rarick warned:\u00a0 The CFR, dedicated to one-world government, financed by a number of the largest tax-exempt foundations, and wielding such power and influence over our lives in the areas of finance, business, labor, military, education and mass communication media, should be familiar to every American concerned with good government and with preserving and defending the U.S. Constitution and our free-enterprise system. Yet, the nation’s right to know machinery \u2013 the news media \u2013 usually so aggressive in exposures to inform our people, remain conspicuously silent when it comes to the CFR, its members and their activities. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Rand Institute and the CFR<\/p>\n

The Rand Institute is a federally funded think-tank.\u00a0 Clients include the Pentagon, the Atomic Energy Commission, and NASA. The office of the Secretary of Defense sponsors the Rand National Defense Research Institute headed by Council on Foreign Relations member Michael D. Rich.\u00a0 Fifty percent of Rand\u2019s work is labeled secret.\u00a0 Members of the Council on Foreign Relations play a crucial role in Rand\u2019s application of strategies and techniques to purposely keep the American public misinformed.<\/p>\n

Former Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vartan Oskanian in a press release dated June 4, 2008 has created \u201cThe Civilitas Foundation\u201d dedicated to \u201cstrengthening Armenia\u2019s statehood and well-being of its people.\u201d\u00a0 Mr. Oskanian, during his 15-year tenure as foreign minister of Armenia, was a disaster for Armenia.<\/p>\n

To begin with, Mr. Oskanian is a graduate from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts.\u00a0 It so happens that \u201cFletcher\u201d brainwashes students with the \u201cone world\u201d mentality, of which Oskanian has been infected. The Fletcher School now advertises, \u201cCelebrating 75 Years of Preparing Leaders With a Global Perspective.\u201d During his tenure (of opportunity) as Foreign Minister, he had been responsible for sending hundreds of Armenia\u2019s students to the Fletcher School. Now Armenia has an army of brainwashed \u201cOne World\u201d youth. As for Oskanian\u2019s love of the European Union, he is not aware that it is one phase in creating the One World Government.\u00a0 On October 21, 2003, Oskanian announced in a conference, Armenia on the Way to Europe: \u201cFirst of all, it is necessary for society to realize the fact that Armenia is part of Europe, and integration has no alternatives.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0After Mr. Oskanian convinced the Armenian Government to become a member of the Council of Europe, Secretary-General Walter Schwimmer classified Armenia as a \u201cnation of war\u201d and threatened them to conclude an agreement with Azerbaijan regarding Nagorno Karabagh.\u00a0 (Arminfo \u2013 Yerevan \u2013 June 2002).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Now, how could Armenia have been at war since there had been no hostilities for seven years?\u00a0 Didn\u2019t the leadership of Hayastan realize that once becoming a member of a globalist entity they would lose control of governance?\u00a0 If Mr. Schwimmer were concerned about Hayastan\u2019s future, he would not be identifying it as a \u201cpupil\u201d and, \u201cis moving in the right direction.\u201d\u00a0 Since Mr. Schwimmer had been chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Union Friendship Group Austria-Israel of the Austrian Parliament from 1976 to 1999, could he not have convinced the Israeli Government to cease training the Azerbaijan armed forces?\u00a0 \u201cIsrael in High Level Bid for Azerbaijan Projects.\u201d\u00a0 (Jane\u2019s Defence Weekly 12-22-99.)\u00a0\u00a0 Is Mr. Schwimmer going to govern Hayastan, or are the Armenian people going to govern themselves?<\/p>\n

With Mr. Oskanian\u2019s new pet Roman \u201cCivilitas Foundation,\u201d he can continue contaminating Armenia by co-operating with the Council on Foreign Relations that has already contaminated the United States. The primary goal of the Council on Foreign Relations is the elimination of the concept of nationhood. Is that what Oskanian wants for Hayastan?<\/p>\n

All that is needed for Hayasyan is dedicated leadership. The only hope for that is the following generation, armed with truth, combined with patriotism. There should be no need of ill-gotten wealthy oligarchs (resulting in one million leaving Armenia) and on the other hand the miserable poor.<\/p>\n

LET US PRAY FOR GOD TO BLESS THE FUTURE OF HAYASTAN.<\/p>\n
